McCartney, Mills divorce hearings underwayFebruary 10, 2008Paul McCartney and his ex-wife, Heather Mills, will be back in a London courtroom Monday for the second round of their high-profile divorce. 
The couple had a court hearing in October but failed to reach a settlement. The 65-year-old ex-Beatle has kept mostly silent about their split, with speculation in the British media that he is hoping Mills will do the same by signing a divorce settlement forbidding her from talking about their relationship in the future.
