Joseph Yobo's brother freed by kidnappers
Not clear if a ransom was paid for Yobo's release
Joseph Yobo's brother has been freed by Nigerian kidnappers after being held for 12 days.
The Everton football star's brother, Nornu Yobo, was seized at a hotel in Port Harcourt, the main city of the oil-rich Niger Delta region.
Joseph Yobo said "I feel so relieved and better now. It was a horrible experience that really affected me mentally and physically."
It is not clear if a ransom was paid for Yobo's release.
Police in Port Harcourt said the hunt for the kidnappers was still on.
Spokeswoman Rita Inoma-Abbey said they had earlier received a demand for 200m naira ($1.7 million) for Nornu Yobo's safe return.
"We have the phone number and we're trying to track them down using that," she said.
